Vericept Signs Entrust

Denver, Colorado-based Vericept has signed up Entrust, a secure digital identity firm, in a strategic partnership to deliver embedded email encryption. The two companies said that they will integrate their products to provide encryption, compliance, and content control to their customers. Vericept is a provider of compliance and content monitoring solutions, used to filtering enterprise networks. Vericept is backed by Globespan Capital Partners, Sequel Venture Partners, Sigma Partners, Visa International, and William Blair Capital Partners.
