Maynard Software Solutions Acquired

Smithfield, Utah-based Maynard Software Solutions, a provider of manufacturing applications, has been acquired by IndustriOS Software, the firms said today. IndustriOS and Maynard both provide software that integrates with financial accounting software from Sage Software, targeted at the small and medium business market. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Both companies provide software for managing manufacturing, distribution, and operations for Sage.
