Intrado Releases Results

Longmont, Colorado-based Intrado is reporting that it earned $4.3 million for the fourth quarter on revenues of $38.9M. The provider of telecommunications solutions also reported 2005 results, earning $12.9M on revenues of $146.3M for the year. Intrado provides 9-1-1 services for wireless carriers, as well as VoIP coverage for emergency services. The firm is in the midst of a merger with West Corporation.
