Canon Buys Uinta Business Systems

Canon U.S.A. has acquired a Salt Lake City, Utah-based value added reseller, Uinta Business Systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. Canon said that it is acquiring Uinta Business Systems, which provides managed print services, copier hardware, document management, and other services to business customers in the area. Uinta has more than 80 employees in salt Lake and Las Vegas.
