Intrado Purchased For $465M
Longmont, Colorado-based Intrado, a provider of data and telecommunications systems for 9-1-1 infrastructure, has been acquired by West Corporation, in a deal worth $465M in cash. The two companies said today that West will pay $26.00 per share in cash for Intrado, subject to shareholder approval. Both companies are listed on the Nasdaq. West said that the acquisition complements its existing offerings in the communications services segment.
