Boulder Heavy Industries, which is, aptly, based in Boulder, Colorado, said this morning that it has launched what it calls a "Marketing Incubator", along with three new companies. The startup--launched by the founders of marketing and tech agency IMM--said it has created Fact & Fiction, a creative agency; Visiqua, a provider of performance media; and also invested in Brandzooka, the video ad startup led by Alex Bogusky. The new incuabtor is led by Adam Edelman, who was a co-founder at IMM.
