LifeLock appears to be in the midst of a major, executive shakeup, after the
installation of a new CEO last week. LifeLock said it has named Mike Dean as its new Chief Strategy Officer, replacing Don Beck, who the company says will retire from the company at the end of the year. LifeLock also said that Schwark Satyavolu, EVP Product & Technology, has left the company to become a partner at an un-named venture cpital firm. The company also said it will name Dev Patel as its new Senior Vice President of Product and Technology; Patel had been CEO of BitYota, which LifeLock acquired last year.
