Tempe, Arizona-based identity theft protection provider
LifeLock is shuffling its executive staff, saying late Monday that its CFO, Chris Powers is leaving the company. LifeLock also said that Douglas Jeffries has been named Chief Administrative Officer, to oversee business development, infrastructure, and risk management, and that Jeffries will become Chief Financial Officer after the company's second quarter earnings release. LifeLock said Powers will serve as an advisor to ensure a smooth transition. Jeffreies was most recently EVP and CFO of Xero, and previously was CFO at RetailmeNot, Taleo Corp, and Palm Inc., as well as serving as VP of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer at eBay. The executive moves are all related to
a new CEO, Hilary Schneider, who was appointed at LifeLock in January.
