Cologix Selected By Telefonica
Denver-based interconnect and data center operator Cologix said today that it has scored a win with Telefonica in Florida. Telefonica will deploy a Point of Presence at Cologix' JAX1 data center in Jacksonville, Florida, helping to connect Telefonica's subsea and terrestrial networks. Telefonica recently installed a 3,700 mile subsea cable system which lands in Jacksonville. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
