Denver-based Cologix said today that it has completed its previously announced acquisition of Net Access, a New Jersey-based colocation provider. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. Cologix said the acquisition is the company's tenth, and brings its total number of data centers to 24 across nine markets. Cologix said the funds for the acquisition came from an existing credit facility, which it increased to $375M to provide financing for the deal. Net Access was previously owned by private equity investor Seaport Capital.
