Feld Offers Up Another Year In Kansas House
Boulder-based angel and venture investor Brad Feld said today that he's again offering up a free year of living and working in his house in Kansas, as part of an effort he has run in Kansas City for the last two years. The Kansas City FiberHouse has so far housed two startups--HandPrint and LeapIt--which, aside from free rent, get access to Google's ultra-high-speed Google Fiber service, which first rolled out in Kansas. Feld is credited with the huge growth in Boulder's technology and startup community over the last few years, due in large part to both investments by Foundry Group and his efforts with TechStars.
