AFS Technologies Acquires The POP Company
Phoenix-based AFS Technologies>, a developer of supply chain software for the food, beverage, CPG, and other industries, said late Wednesday that it has acquired The POP Company, a provider of cloud-based sales force automation and retail execution software. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. AFS Technologies said that The POP Company has customers in Asia, Australia , New Zealand and Russia. AFS was advised by The Madison Park Group, and The POP Company was advised by STS Capital in the deal.
