ePayments Corp. Acquires ACH Technologies
Denver-based ePayments Corp., a provider of online payment-processing and support services, announced Tuesday that it has acquired ACH Technologies Inc. of Hastings, Minn. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. ePayments said it will assume control of ACH's check recovery accounts and manage them from its corporate headquarters in Denver. The move, ePayments explained, will allow it to offer additional services—including credit card processing and electronic check conversion—to the newly acquired accounts. ACH Technologies is a privately held company founded in 1984.
