enChoice Acquires CYA Technologies
Chandler, Ariz.-based enChoice Inc. announced Wednesday that it has acquired CYA Technologies of Shelton, Conn. Terms of the transaction, which is expected to close in January, were not disclosed. enChoice, which develops enterprise content management systems and automation and security software, said the merger will yield a combined company boasting more than 30 years of expertise in delivering best-of-breed solutions to the ECM market. According to enChoice, CYA will operate as a division of enChoice but its employees will remain based in Connecticut and Wayne Crandall will continue to direct its operations.
