MapQuest has rolled out a new app, specifically targeted at commuters today, called
Commute. The mapping company said the new app specifically provides real time road conditions, traffic and push notifications, and other tools for a user's daily drive. The company said the single purpose app helps address a specific need of its community, and simplifies information based on a user's normal commute patterns, learning from how and where a user travels. The new app is free and runs on iOS, Android, and Amazon's mobile platforms.
