JDA Software Sells Software Line To DiCentral
Scottsdale, Arizona-based JDA Software has sold off one of its product lines, selling its On-Demand Warehouse Management System (WMS) to Texas-based DiCentral. Financial details of the deal were not announced by the companies. JDA said that the company's WMS unit (formerly known as SmartTurn) is redundant with its core warehouse management solution, and does not fit into it "go-forward" product portfolio.
