Denver-based
Electronic Legal Software, LLC, a developer of legal document review software, has sold its flagship software,
E.L. Native Review, to Orlando, Florida-based
Wave Software. Wave, a provider of early case assessment, litigation support, and electronic discovery software, said it has acquired E.L. Native Review, in order to give it more control over aspects of discovery technology in its Trident Pro software. Trident Pro is currently integrated with E.L. Native Reviews. Financial terms of the sale were not disclosed.
