Lumidigm has been acquired by
HID Global, the two announced this morning. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. Lumdigm develops multispectral, imaging technology used for biometric fingerprint sensors, and was backed by DFJ New England, Draper Fisher Jurvetson, EPIC Ventures, Fort Washington Capital Partners, Intel Capital, International Venture Fund, Methode Electronics, Motorola, New Mexico Co-Investment Partners, and Solstice Capital.
