Parchment Raises $11.5M
Scottsdale, Arizona-based Parchment, which develops educational transcript transfer software for high schools and colleges, has raised $11.5M more in funding, according to a regulatory filing by the firm today. The filing said that the new funds come as an extension of the company's last funding, which was raised in 2012. Details on the funding have not been announced by the company yet. Parchment's prior investors include The Raine Group, GSV Capital Corp, Novak Biddle, ICG Group, Salmon River Capital, and others.
