Denver-based mapping service MapQuest announced a brand new feature which lets users book hotels, directly from the company's maps. MapQuest said that it has added a feature called Hotels at Destination, which now suggests hotels at a user's destination, which can be directly booked from the map. The feature lets users see hotels by price and distance from a destination, letting users click through to book any of those hotels. MapQuest said it has been allowing users to book hotels directly on MapQuest from February, with the new booking capability the first major innovation on the product.
