Ennovate Acquired By Ameresco
Denver-based Ennovate, a provider of energy services in Colorado, Nebraska, Montana and Wyoming, has been acquired by Massachusetts-based Ameresco, Ameresco said Thursday. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Ameresco provides energy efficiency and renewable energy services. Ameresco said the buy increases its footprint and penetration in the Rocky Mountain area. Ameresco said its services include energy efficiency, energy savings performance contracts, energy supply and risk management, energy infrastructure services, renewable energy and carbon management, and more.
