APS Energy Services Acquired By Ameresco
Tempe, Arizona-based APS Energy Services Company, a provider of integrated energy efficiency and renewable energy services to institutional customers, has been acquired by Ameresco. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. APS Energy Services was previously owned by Pinnacle West Capital Corporation. APS Energy Services is being renamed Ameresco Southwest.
