Are you a developer of mobile applications, looking for a better way to make sure your apps work across different devices?
Gorilla Logic, the Boulder-based provider of custom application development services which is known for its suite of open source testing tools, said it has launched a new product called CloudMonkey, to do just that. Gorilla Logic said the new product is a mobile app "testing cloud", which lets developers record a test and play that against a matrix of devices, making it much easier for those developers to find potential issues with their software. Gorilla Logic said the service--currently free under beta--lets users run its MonkeyTalk automated testing tool against Android emulators, in dozens of combinations, including different screen sizes, resolutions, and more. The company said it also plans to add iOS, physical devices, web, and other testing soon.
