Peterson Partners Trumpets Vivint Exit

said today that the firm has closed the deal to sell its investment in Vivint to private equity firm Blackstone Capital Partners. The deal had been announced on September 19th, and was worth more than $2 billion. Peterson Partners did not say what its portion of the sale was worth. Peterson Partners said it sold the entirely of its equity interest to Blackstone. Vivint is a provider of home automation, residential security, solar installation and other services.
