Tendril Signs On Australian Energy Company
Boulder-based Tendril said today that it has signed up Origin Energy, an Australian energy company, by powering Origin's new Origin Smart service in the state of Victoria. Size of the deal was not announced. The new service let users manage and monitor their energy use, and is built on Tendril's Energize application suite. Tendril said that Origin has 4.4 million customers in Australia. Tendril develops software used by consumers and energy providers to manage and monitor energy usage. Tendril is led by Adrian Tuck.
