Marketron, which provides software for the traditional media and radio industry, said it has acquired
Emmis Interactive, a developer of data analytics and reporting products, from Emmis Communications Corporation. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Marketron said that Emmis Interactive's products, including BaseStation, GeoStation, and Guidable brands, will become part of its Marketron Interactive unit.
