Marketron Buys mSnap
Hailey, Idaho-based Marketron said today that it has acquired Denver-based mSnap, a provider of mobile SMS advertising products. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. According to Marketron, mSnap is the largest, broadcast-based mobile advertising network in the U.S. mSnap serves radio broadcasters. mSnap was represented by investment bank The Jordan, Edmiston Group, Inc. in the deal. The sale is the second for mSnap, which was sold in March of 2009 by SmartReply.
