Haley, Idaho-based Marketron, a developer of advertising tracking technology, said today that ti has named Jeff Haley as President and Chief Executive Officer. Haley was most recently President and CEO of the Radio Advertising Bureau (RAB), and also has served at Time Warner Global Marketing. Marketron's systems are used heavily in manging radio advertising and tracking radio ads.
