CoorsTek, a manufacturer of technical ceramics, said Thursday that it has acquired the advanced ceramics business of
BAE Systems. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. CoorsTek said it acquired the purchase of BAE Systems' Vista, Claifornia advanced ceramics facilities, which are used for manufacturing ceramic armor systems, semiconductor components and assemblies, and industrial components. CoorsTek said the facilities have a total of 106,000 square feet, and will expand its offerings to customers.
