AlsoEnergy Powers California Solar Project
Boulder-based AlsoEnergy, the developer of energy monitoring and financial management software for the renewable energy industry, reports today that it has been selected as a technology partner by Main Street Power, for a three megawatt distributed generation solar project in California. AlsoEnergy said its software will be used for energy monitoring and user interface requirements for the project. Financial impact of the win was not disclosed. AlsoEnergy said the project will be operational by the end of 2011, and spans 35 sites, including the San Diego Unified Schools, the University of California at Davis and Contra Costa County. Main Street Power is one of AlsoEnergy's primary customers and partners. AlsoEnergy is headed by Robert Schaefer.
