Limelight Buys AcceloWeb
Tempe, Arizona-based content delivery network Limelight Networks said today that it has acquired AcceloWeb, an Israeli provider of web application acceleration technology. Financial terms of the deal, which included both Limelight Networks common stock and cash, were not disclosed. Limelight said that AcceloWeb's technology will help its customers improve the time it takes a web application or web site to perform tasks.
