Limelight Networks Buys Clickability
Tempe, Arizona-based Limelight Networks said Tuesday that it has acquired Clickability, a developer of web content management software-as-a-service. Limelight said the deal was worth approximately $10M in a combination of its common stock and cash. The firm also said that it expects Clickability to contribute approximately $4.5M to $5.0M in revenues to its second half of 2011. Clickability was based in San Francisco,
