Infinite Power Solutions Taps Segway For New CEO
Littleton, Colorado-based Infinite Power Solutions, a developer of thin film, energy storage devices and batteries, said today that it has named a new CEO. The firm said it has named James Norrod as President and CEO of the firm, succeeding Ray Johnson, who has been in that position since 2005. Norrod was most recently Chairman, CEO, and President of Segway. Norrod also has served at Xanoptix, Cignal Global, ITK International, Telebit Corporation, and IBM, among other firms. Infinite Power Solutions said Norrod has helped create more than $1 billion in liquidity for investors, and has extensive experience in both public and venture capital backed companies.
