inContact Wins GPS Products Firm
Salt Lake City-based inContact, a developer of contact center and call center software, said today that it has signed a customer, that it described as a "leading provider" of advanced positioning technology, such as GPS, optical, and laser technology. The firm said that new customer will use it to support its call centers across 16 global offices. Financial details of the win were not disclosed. inContact said its product will be used initially by 175 agents, with plans to scale to more than 250 agents.
