Salt Lake City-bsaed inContact, the developer of cloud-based, customer management software for contact centers, reported a win today with a new healthcare customer. The company said its new customer has over 100 customer service agents, providing products to both payers and providers in the healthcare ecosystem. Name of the new customer, and financial impact of the win was not disclosed. inContact--which is led by Paul Jarman--said the new customer is using its systems to replace an older, premise-based system.
