inContact Wins Apparel Manufacturer
Salt Lake City-based inContact, the developer of call and contact management software, reported today that it has been selected by a performance apparel manufacturer. Name of the new customer was not announced, and inContact did not details the financial behind the deal. inContact said the manufacturer is using its cloud-based product for contact routing, customer survey, screen recording and quality management.
