Broomfield, Colorado-based Level 3 Communications reported Wednesday that it has appointed Anthony Fogel as the firm's new Chief Human Resources Officer. Level 3 said that Fogel has more than 20 years of human resources experience, and was most recently EVP of Human Resources and Administration at Care One LLC. Fogel also has served at Pepsi-Cola Company, Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers and Marathon Asset Management. Level 3 said Fogel will be based in Broomfield.
