Carefx Signs Johns Hopkins

Scottsdale, Arizona-based Carefx, a developer of healthcare workflow software, has signed on the Johns Hopkins Health System as a customer, the firm said today. The win came alongside Imprivata, a provider of single sign-on applications. Carefx said that the two firms will deliver an integrated, clinical access solution for interacting with patient data to Johns Hopkins. Financial impact of the win was not disclosed. The new system is expected to launch in early 2010.
