Sorrento Networks Expands Channel
Denver-based Sorrento Networks, a developer of metro optical access hardware, has signed on another partner in its channel program, the firm said this morning. Sorrento said that TelWorx Communications, LLC, a provider of products to wireless, wireline, data center, and government customers, is now offering its GigaMux and GigaEdge product lines to Tier 2 and 3 Local Exchange Carrier (LEC) customers in North America. Sorrento's equipment is used to transport SONET, Ethernet, and SAN traffic over optical networks.
