SEO.com Acquires Graphics.net
Salt Lake City-based SEO.com, a provider of search engine marketing and optimization services, said today that it has acquired Graphics.net, a web site design and development firm based in Maryland. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. SEO.com said the buy would help it offer a more expansive array of services for its clients. Michael Benson from Graphics.net has been appointed VP of Web Development for SEO.com as part of the acquisition. SEO.com says it has gone from 12 employees to 50 in the last year.
