FamilyLink Launches New Genealogy Networking Site
Provo, Utah-based FamilyLink, the new geneaology startup run by former MyFamily CEO Paul Allen, said Tuesday that the firm has launched a new web site, GenealogyWise.com, focused on allowing people to research and share their family history with others. FamilyLink, which is venture backed by vSpring Capital, TTP Capital Advisors, and angel investors, said the new social networking site allows anyone to join and create social groups around family history. The site also allows members to upload photos and videos, share family trees, and chat with others.
