Verio Signs OEM In The Philippines
Verio, a Denver-based provider of Internet hosting services, revealed Tuesday that it has added a Philippine technology firm as an OEM partner. According to Verio, ePLDT will help distribute Verio's global hosting solutions to ePLDT's small business customers in the Philippines and elsewhere throughout the region. Specifically, Verio said, ePLDT will offer Verio's Signature Unix and Windows hosting plans, which will be supplied as stand-alone business solutions or bundled with ePLDT's DSL services. ePLDT is an information and communications firm and a subsidiary of the Phillipine Long Distance Telephone Company.
