Move Networks Gains $7.78M
American Fork-based Move Networks has raised $7.783M in funding, according to a regulatory filing by the firm today. Source of the funding was not given, however, the firm's filing said the funding came in connection with the firm's acquisition of Inuk Networks. Move said it acquired UK-based Inuk Networks on April 22nd, the same day the filing lists the equity raise as completing. Move Networks has previously raised funding from investors such as Hummer Winblad Venture Partners, Steamboat Ventures, Benchmark Capital, Comcast Interactive Capital, and others.
