Level 3 Communications and Move Networks said today that the two companies are in a strategic relationships, where Level 3 will integrate Move's technology into Level 3's content delivery infrastructure. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Level 3 said that the two companies have also agreed to further development of technology and intellectual property in the area of streaming video. Move Networks is venture backed by Hummer Winblad Venture Partners and Steamboat Ventures. Level 3 is based in Broomfield, Colorado; Move Networks i based in American Fork, Utah.
