Incentra Solutions, a provider of IT consulting and outsourcing, has been sold in a bankruptcy sale, according to buyer
Incentra LLC. According to Incentra LLC, it acquired Incentra Solutions, inc. out of bankruptcy through a 363 sale, after Incentra Solutions filed for bankruptcy protection in February of 2009. According to Incentra LLC, it acquired the firm's service delivery assets, including its 24x7 network operations center and operations support software. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. As part of the acquisition, Incentra LLC said it has extended employment offers to all of Incentra Solutions employees.
