Incentra, a provider of data center infrastructure and services, has been acquired by Minnesota-based
Datalink, Datalink said Thursday. The deal was worth $8.8M in cash. Datalink said that Incentra's technology, consulting and first call support services business represented an estimate $90M to $100M in annualized revenue from approximately 2000 customers. Incentra was spun out of StorageTek in 2000, but went into bankruptcy; the firm's assets were purchased by Incentra LLC out of bankruptcy in April.
