Mozy Releases Mac Business Version
Online backup service Mozy has released an new version of its backup service, targeted at businesses using Macs, the firm said today. Mozy said its new MozyPro product is targeted at helping businesses back up their Mac desktops, notebooks, and servers. The new product follows the release of a Mac version of its home service, MozyHome for Mac, earlier this year. Mozy's new service supports Mac OS X and Mac OS X Server, and is in addition to the firm's existing MozyPro services for Windows. Mozy, which has major operations in Utah, is now part of EMC subsidiary Decho, which is based in Seattle.
