Boulder-based search application provider Lijit has rolled out a new revenue sharing program for web publishers, the firm said Tuesday, in a beta of a new advertising network. According to Lijit, it is rolling out a beta of its Lijit Ad Network today, which will allow publishers to receive a share of revenue from ads shown in search results. Lijit develops a blog search widget which adds search features to blog sites. Lijit also said that it will soon be allowing publishers to sell search ads directly to advertisers. Lijit is venture backed by Boulder Ventures, The Foundry Group, and High country Venture.
