Lijit, the blog widget and Internet advertising network, was sold for just under $100M in stock, according to reports. Fortune
cited "multiple sources" on the figure.
Federated Media and Lijit announced that Federated would buy Lijit on October 4th, but did not disclose any financial details of the deal. Lijit had raised around $27M in funding, had was backed by Boulder Ventures, High Country Venture, Highway 12 Ventures, and The Foundry Group.
