NetPro Computing Acquired For $78.7M
Phoenix, Arizona-based NetPro Computing, a developer of software for managing Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint and SQL Server environments, has been acquired by Quest Software for $78.7M. Quest announced the all-cash deal late last week. According to Quest, the companies are collaborating on a strategic integration of the two companies' product and employees, with key members of NetPro's management team remaining while they work on consolidation. Impact on operations and employment in Phoenix were not disclosed.
